30-day guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to start a return. Email us at culturee4l@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll walk you through the next steps.

Condition. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no need to return it.
