shipping policy

At FIXLY, we want getting your order to be as easy as using it.

Free shipping on every order. We cover shipping costs so you don't have to — no minimums, no surprises at checkout.

Processing time. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time. Most orders arrive within 5–9 business days after processing. A few items ship from overseas warehouses and may take a little longer — if so, it's noted on the product page.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it every step of the way.

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.
